ABOUT BUNNY BREAKS FIFE
Based in Fife, Bunny Breaks is a small family pet boarding service offering quality care for rabbits and guinea pigs.
Having bunnies and piggies of my own, I was aware how hard it was finding suitable pet care for my "animal family" when going on holiday, and realised that other people must be in the same situation.
So in 2007, with the local vets encouragement and a bit of nagging at my husband, my garden was transformed into a bunny/guinea pig haven for my own animals and my Boarders.
I limit the number of visitors I take in at any one time, so each bunny/piggie can be pampered just the same as my own are.
All hutches meet (or exceed) minimum recommended RWA requirements, with a smaller one for outdoor guinea pigs.
I have been offering this service for over 17 years and have a number of "regulars" who visit me every year (sometimes more than once!) School holidays are always particularly busy, so it's a good idea to get your pet's holiday arrangements sorted just as soon as you've booked yours!
A dedicated indoor Bunny/Guinea Pig room is available for those who are kept as house pets. PLEASE MAKE SURE WHEN BOOKING that you state whether your pet is indoor or outdoor. Also note that ALL bunny boarders MUST be neutered.
Your rabbit(s) must be vaccinated prior to their stay and proof of this is required before boarding (whether they are indoor or outdoor). Under NO circumstances are any bunnies allowed to board without this.
