HOW TO BOOK

Contact me with the dates you require and how many animals you are placing, and if they are indoor or outdoor . You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire/ information sheet when you leave your pet so that contact can be made with yourself in the case of an emergency. Should you have pet insurance, please bring a copy with you when you bring your pet.
If you are booking for the first time, I prefer you to come and see my facilities and what I have to offer before you confirm your dates.
Payment should be made on arrival - sorry, no cheques - cash or bank transfer (note that bank transfer must be made prior to leaving your pet)
Indoor and outdoor pets are the same price
Boarding costs from 1.3.25 are detailed below
Single Bunny
£8 per day/£55 per week
Two Bunnies (sharing same hutch)
£10 per day or £65 per week
Single guinea pig
£6 per day or £40.00 per week
Two guinea pigs (sharing same hutch)
£7.50 per day or £50 per week
3 or more pets staying at the same time will receive a 10% discount
NB Although I supply accommodation, runs, bottles, dishes, wood shavings, straw, hay, fresh fruit and veg, treats and toys, you MUST supply your own animals main cereal mix, ie. Excel, Super Forage etc.
A charge will be made if I am supplying the mix.
CAN I RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THAT IF YOU ARE BRINGING YOUR BUNNY/BUNNIES TO STAY AND THEY ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A MOULT, CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE THEM A GOOD BRUSH BEFORE YOU DROP THEM OFF - thank you.
A bunny in the middle of a moult or with a sticky bottom needs extra grooming and care and this impacts immensely on my time. You may only have 1 or 2 pets but when they are with me I could potentially have 16+ and spending just 20 mins each brushing or cleaning them adds up to an awful lot of hours over the week!!
THERE IS A CHARGE OF £5 PER PET, PER GROOM AND THIS CAN BE DISCUSSED AT DROP OFF
PLEASE ALSO GIVE ME AS MUCH NOTICE AS POSSIBLE IF YOUR BUNS OR PIGGIES HAVE ANY HEALTH ISSUES AND REQUIRE TO BE GIVEN MEDICATION WHILE THEY ARE WITH ME
